Physical exercise goes far beyond burning calories or building muscle. Functionally wielding our bodies and exerting energy shows that we are alive. One can loose weight through nutrition alone, but I firmly believe one cannot be healthy through nutrition alone. I have mastered the art of fitness. I have 5 nationally recognized certifications (including SMR massage therapy training) and over 10,000 hours of experience training others and myself. Exercise cannot just be mindlessly running on a treadmill or picking up heavy objects and putting them down. Exercise needs to be presented as a spiritual journey that feeds or souls, and if we develop a six pack or a better butt on this journey, well that’s just icing on the cake.
